These are the garment measurements not body measurements. For eg- If your chest is 38 inches, M (medium) will be best suited for you, as we keep 2 inches easing (i.e 40 inch) for it to be a comfortable fit. Similarly 4 inches for the hips. Also if you can tell us your height we can see if the lengths need any alteration.
