These are the garment measurements not body measurements. For eg- If your chest is 38 inches, S (small) will be best suited for you, as we keep 2 inches easing(i.e 42inch) for it to be a comfortable fit. Similarly 3-4 inches for the hips. Also if you can tell us your height we can see if the lengths need any alteration.
